I don't actively collect any other personal data from this website. The site uses anonymous analytics (Microsoft Clarity), which shows me how people use the page (where they click, how long they stay, where they drop off). It doesn't collect names or emails, only behavior on the page, and it only starts after you consent in the cookie banner at the bottom of the site. You can change your consent anytime by clearing your browser's cookies and reloading the page.
The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest, fulfilling your request, and, for the newsletter, your explicit consent. Specifically:
Subscribing to the newsletter is always optional and doesn't affect whether you receive your test result. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in the footer of every email.
Contact details and test answers are stored in Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), which is used to send the result email and keep track of contacts. Brevo is headquartered in the European Union and processes data in compliance with GDPR. Anonymous behavioral analytics is processed by Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics. Call bookings go through Google Calendar.
I retain data for as long as the business relationship lasts, or until you unsubscribe yourself. You can unsubscribe via the link in the email footer, or by emailing the address below.
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict its processing, and request data portability. You can ask me to delete your data at any time at the email address below.
