The website offers a free test for business owners and managers, which generates an indicative result about the operational resilience of the business based on the answers given. After completing the test, you can book a free consultation call with the operator.
The test result is indicative and serves as a starting point for conversation, not as a professional analysis of a specific business. Actual diagnostics and recommendations are only developed through a personal call and any follow-up engagement.
Booking the initial consultation call is free and carries no obligation for any further collaboration. Terms for any paid engagement (diagnostics, implementation) are handled individually and are subject to a separate agreement between the operator and the client.
The AI Client System course is a digital product, a one-time payment for lifetime access to educational content (video, text, source code). Access is delivered electronically, by email with a personal link, usually within a few minutes of payment being received.
Membership is a paid service with a recurring monthly payment, including regular content sent by email. Membership can be canceled at any time, just email karel@karelpetros.com, cancellation is processed by the next business day at the latest. Canceling stops further recurring payments, the payment for the period already used is not refunded, unless the guarantee below applies.
A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to both the course and the membership. If the product doesn't meet expectations, just email karel@karelpetros.com anytime within 30 days of payment, the full amount will be refunded, no reason required. The refund is issued using the same payment method the payment was made with, usually within 10 business days.
The operator is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the indicative test result, without a follow-up consultation.
